How to Decorate With Any Animal Prints

Decorating a room can be a scary task if you have no plan of attack. You can use animal prints to make even the
most boring of rooms in to an exotic abode. You can use real animal skins but I prefer using fabric prints only.
Rugs and pillows are not the only way to incorporate animal prints. You can also throw covers over old
furniture. Another popular design method is to buy old or antique items that help give your room that extra edge.
Let's look at some simple steps to incorporate animal prints in to your room.
1. There are many types of animal prints, so choose one. If don't plan on changing your
curtains and wall colors, you may want to choose a print that matches. If you had a lot of black in your room, you
could try using bright orange tiger prints to contrast. Zebra prints have often been used to give a more erotic
feel to a room.
2. When designing a room it is important to set a budget. If you don't set one, you could
easily end up spending 3 or 4 times as much as you intended. Shopping at big department stores can save you a lot
of money because they usually have some sort of sale. Another great place is to shop on Amazon or auction sites. Be
sure to look for coupons online to compliment your savings.
3. If you have other furniture in your room, you should try to compliment it with a matching
bedspread or vice versa.
4. Keep your room tidy. A clean room will definitely improve the image of your room. Image if
you had your room decorated but left waste bins and trash lying around.
5. Change the pictures on your wall. If you change your pictures to match your theme, you will
give a better to your room. You don't want to have old granny up on the wall when the rest of your room looks like
something out of an S&M dungeon.
